The Westminster Ingleside Foundation is both a new endeavor and a nearly one hundred-year tradition of service to seniors in the Washington, D.C., Virginia, and Maryland metropolitan area. As the fundraising and charitable arm of the Ingleside and Westminster Continuing Care Retirement Communities, the Foundation raises money to enable each community to provide support for residents who need financial assistance to cover the cost of care and services, as well as other special programs and projects which benefit the entire community.
The purpose of the Westminster Ingleside Foundation is to strengthen the mission of the Ingleside and Westminster Retirement Communities. It seeks to provide financial security to residents who live in or are seeking admission to the communities through a confidential assistance program, as well as promote other charitable projects and programs, which benefit the communities and their mission. The Foundation raises supporting funds for residents, solicits special gifts, and builds an endowment for the future. |
