The mission of the Endowment Fund is to underwrite special programs and projects important to all residents of a community, but beyond the scope of annual budgets. In addition, an Endowment Fund can provide additional security for residents in need, should requirements for support exceed a community’s own Resident Supporting Fund. Endowment contributions are encouraged through bequests, charitable gift annuities, and charitable remainder trusts. An Investment Committee oversees the Funds’ investments under authority from the Boards of Directors of Ingleside, Westminster, and King Farm. |
