Wills and Estates
Estate gifts and bequests are the primary source for the
Endowment Fund. They leave a permanent legacy
demonstrating your concern for others. By reducing
potential taxes, charitable giving as part of one's overall
estate plan may also benefit your heirs. An endowment
gift lives on, helping others now and in the future. While
you might have no federal estate tax exposure, you may
have exposure to estate taxes in the State of your
domicile.
If you are interested in discussing the possible
advantages of an estate gift or bequest to the Foundation
or for one of our three communities, please contact your
financial planner or attorney to craft a plan consistent
with your financial situation and wishes.
If you do not have an attorney, please contact Robert
Lancelotta, Director of Development, for a list of
qualified attorneys who can assist you in estate planning.
